Para elaborar el cheesecake: mezclad la mantequilla con el az\u00facar. Agregad los huevos y la ralladura de lim\u00f3n, debe quedar como una crema fina. Incorporad la harina y seguidamente a\u00f1ada los dos quesos. Debe quedar una mezcla fina y atada. Verted la mezcla en el molde, forrado con papel de horno. Hornead a 100\u00ba durante dos horas. Reservad en la nevera.<\/p>\n<p>2. Para elaborar la jalea: lavad las naranjas, partidlas por la mitad y exprimid el zumo. Dispondr\u00e1 de \u00bd litro de zumo de naranja que debe reservar. Repelad las pieles de la naranja, retirando la cascarilla de los gajos. Debe conseguir unas pieles de naranja finas, con muy poca pulpa blanca adherida a la piel. Poned las pieles de naranja repeladas a hervir con \u00bd litro de agua durante 20 minutos. Triturad muy fino: las piel cocidas, el agua de la cocci\u00f3n, el zumo de naranja y el az\u00facar. Poned el triturado a cocer en una cazuela a fuego medio, durante unos 25 minutos, id removiendo de vez en cuando. Colad y reservad.<\/p>\n<p>3.
