our
RESTAURANTS
Here is a look at the restaurants we work in, establishments which embody our philosophy and showcase the quality of our cuisine.
SANT PAU TOKYO RESTAURANT
Sant Pau in the land of the rising sun
The Sant Pau restaurant in Japan opened its doors on 1 April 2004 in Tokyo’s bustling city centre. Its privileged location in the middle of a public square in the capital’s Coredo Nihonbashi district is further enhanced thanks to the surrounding gardens.
The restaurant is a true replica of its predecessor and does more than just share its name: it looks just like it and creates similar dining experiences, embracing the culinary and gastronomic philosophy of Carme Ruscalleda.
The restaurant in Tokyo serves the same seasonal Catalan cuisine that has long inspired Carme Ruscalleda’s work, using fresh products sourced within Japan.
The restaurant also serves more than 350 wines, most of which are imported from a thoughtful selection of wineries in Spain.
